We manufacture polyester fibre through ThermoBond, a bi-component technological process which ensures superior bonding. Unlike conventional resin bonding, where the bonding is only on the surface, our process ensures uniform bonding through the entire cross-section of the wadding. ThermoBond is a chemical-free process which ensures that the fibre stays in shape, lasts longer and remains hygienic. These qualities translate as important benchmarks for your end products.

M7000: Hollow Siliconised Thermo-bonded Polyester Wadding with an excellent recovery rate. Slides better during sewing, quilting and upholstering. Applications include: bedspreads, comforters, quilts, sleeping bags, pillows, upholstery cushions, decorative cushions and baby products.

M7101: Hollow Polyester Heavy Duty Upholstery Grade Thermobonded Wadding. Applications include winter wear and upholstery for furniture and furnishings.

M7201: Hollow Polyester Soft Finish Thermobonded Wadding, conforming to British Standard 5852 on flammability legislation. Ideal for furniture and furnishings in hotels and hospitals, where fire safety measures need to be strictly followed.

Loose Fibre: All three grades can be supplied in loose fibre as well.
