Raha Exchange and Return Policy
Welcome to Raha. We would like to inform you of our exchange and return policy. If you wish to return or exchange any product, please notify us using one of the following contact methods: Please have your order number ready, and a customer service representative will verify the details and proceed with the return or exchange process.
Important Note:
The following products are not eligible for exchange or return:
  • Custom-sized products (non-standard or made-to-order items).
  • Products with opened packaging, such as mattresses or any other products that must remain in their original, unopened condition.
  • Products excluded from return or exchange for health reasons:
  • Pillows of all types.
  • Quilts, liquid-proof covers, mattress pads, fillings, toppers, and all items that are placed on top of the mattress.
These products can only be exchanged or returned if a manufacturing defect is present.
Exchange and Return Policy:
Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 7 days of receipt, either due to a manufacturing defect or simply not wanting the product, provided:
  • The product is unopened, in its original condition, and unused.
Condition of Returned Products:
  • Products to be returned must be in their original condition as received, sealed in their original packaging, and unopened. The paid amount will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
  • If the original packaging has been opened, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Terms for Receiving Returned Products:
  • The returned products must be collected from the same location where the order was delivered.
  • All returned products must be accompanied by all their parts and accessories and must be packaged as originally received.
  • The exchange or return process typically takes 10 to 15 working days, depending on the customer’s location.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
  •  Non-standard size mattresses, beds, bed bases, and headboards.
  • Mattresses with opened or removed packaging.
  • Sheets, toppers, protective covers.
  • Pillows and pillowcases.
  • Quilt sets and quilt fillings.
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or washed.
  • Final clearance items.
Exchange and Return Policy for Sleep High Products:
  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
  • A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same payment method used.
  • Delivery fees will apply in case of product returns.
  • The policy does not cover custom-sized or made-to-order products.
  • All accessories such as pillows, quilt sets, sheets, towels, protective covers, and toppers are not covered by the return or exchange policy.
Refunds:
  • Refunds for returned products will be processed to your bank account within 3 business days from the approval of the return request.
  • Refunds to your credit card may take up to 14 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
