Delivery & Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all delivery orders for products purchased through Raha’s online store. Please review these terms carefully, as your acceptance of them is implied when completing any purchase.

Delivery Policy Delivery dates provided are estimates and may be adjusted at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes to the delivery date via email or phone. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, www.rahaoman.com. Raha Company reserves the right to modify the delivery policy at any time, and such modifications will apply to all new orders after their publication on the website. We recommend reviewing the delivery terms before placing any new orders.

Delivery Locations Delivery will be made to the address specified in the purchase order, provided it is within the borders of Oman and accessible via roadways. You must ensure your presence at the specified location at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the recipient to ensure the proper delivery of the order. Additional delivery fees may apply to areas outside the capital, Muscat.

Delivery Timeframes We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days within the Muscat Governorate and within 7-14 business days for areas outside of Muscat. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, so please check your inbox regularly. If you are not present at the specified delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule the delivery. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in the cancellation of the delivery request. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available options, including canceling the product or delaying the delivery.

Delivery Costs Delivery fees vary by region as follows:

● Zone 1 (Muscat Governorate): Orders exceeding OMR 20 are delivered free of charge, while orders below OMR 20 incur a delivery fee of OMR 4.
● Zone 2 (Other Governorates, except Dhofar): Orders exceeding OMR 30 are delivered free of charge, while orders below OMR 30 incur a delivery fee of OMR 7.
● Zone 3 (Dhofar Governorate): A delivery fee of OMR 15 is applied to all orders.

Delivery Arrangements After completing your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation message with the order details and the expected delivery date. You must verify the accuracy of the specified delivery address and be present at the location at the agreed time to receive the order. If you cannot be present, you may authorize another adult to receive the order on your behalf, provided they are aware of the order. Upon receiving the order, please check the products for any damage or discrepancies. If you find any damages or missing items, please note them on the receipt document within one business day. Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced free of charge, and you retain the right to contact us later to report any issues.

Receiving Products Once the products are delivered, ownership and responsibility are transferred to you. You will be responsible for any damage or loss to the products after their receipt.

Note: If you refuse to sign the delivery receipt, it will be considered a rejection of the product, and the order will be canceled. Raha Company is committed to providing high-quality delivery service, ensuring products arrive in good condition and within the specified timeframe.
